Thanks to our location in the heart of the Val Thorens resort, we are familiar with the specificities of managing second homes in mountain resorts, particularly the seasonal nature of the business and the constraints of resort life.
We handle all administrative, legal, accounting and technical procedures, taking into account the specific schedule of ski resorts. This ranges, for example, from planning renovation work between May and October to holding annual general meetings outside the period from May to September, with postal voting available to meet the needs of co-owners who live far away (an option authorised since the health crisis).
We work with a network of local suppliers and partners who know Val Thorens and the Belleville Valley inside out. We are also closely involved with the valley’s official and institutional bodies (tourist office, government services, etc.).
Our area of operation covers the entire Belleville Valley, including Val Thorens, Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, offering you a local service with in-depth knowledge of the area.

Our team is made up of skilled professionals who are committed to providing excellent service all year round. Alpine Syndic is available seven days a week during the winter season, from Monday to Friday and at weekends, to respond to any emergencies and ensure you enjoy a peaceful stay. Our long-standing partners, with whom we have excellent relationships, are on hand to respond quickly if necessary.
Emilie Gerbet
Emilie Gerbet, with nearly 10 years of experience in property management in Lyon, took over the reins of Alpine Syndic in Val Thorens in February 2020. Her career, marked by assignments in various firms, has enabled her to develop in-depth knowledge of the legal, financial and technical aspects of co-ownership management.
Marie Bachet
Marie Bachet, our administrative assistant, has been working with us for four years.
Marianne et Marta
Marianne handles telephone and in-person reception as well as administrative tasks, and Marta contributes her expertise as an associate.
A new permanent member will join the team in September, further strengthening our commitment to quality service.

Alpine Syndic covers all aspects of property management, from managing common areas, cleaning, and heating system maintenance to financial, accounting, administrative, and legal management of your property. We operate within a strict legal framework, with accounts closed on 30 September and 31 December. We assist you in proposing works, carrying out performance diagnostics and implementing multi-year plans, while ensuring that your buildings are well insulated.
